Using our products
These terms apply to the Merit Systems website and to products we offer, including AgentCash, x402scan and Poncho. By using them, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for the agents you run and for the requests and payments they make on your behalf.

Balances and payments
Funds you add to a balance are used to pay third-party services that your agents call. Each payment settles per request through open protocols such as x402.
Payments made to a service are between you and that service. We do not control their pricing, availability or output.

Acceptable use
Do not use our products to break the law, to harm others, or to interfere with the services your agents pay for.
We may suspend access if we believe an account is being used in a way that puts users or services at risk.

Open source and third parties
Parts of our work are published as open source and are covered by their own licenses. Third-party services reached through our products have their own terms.

No warranty
Our products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from their use, including failed or incorrect requests made by an agent.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
